A suspected extremist terrorist from the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) was found with a gunshot wound in Buthidaung Township on Thursday, according to the government information committee.
Acting on a tip off that a terrorist was hiding in Sinoyepyin Village, security forces inspected the village and arrested Abugawbu, 23, son of Miyarlauth, who was allegedly involved in the terrorist attacks on 27 August. He was found at his house with a gunshot wound on Thursday evening.
The information committee stated that the terrorist allegedly involved in the terrorist attack on security forces on 27 August was wounded during the attack. He was hospitalised and charged in accordance with the law.
