A ceremony to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between MEngC and Guangxi Association for Science and Technology was held yesterday at the Myanmar Engineering Council (MEngC).
The MoU was signed with an aim to distribute knowledge and skills for development of science, technology and engineering sector and improving bilateral relations.
MEngC Chairman Dr. Charlie Than first explained about the reasons for signing the MoU with Guangxi Association for Science and Technology.
Next, MEngC Chairman Dr. Charlie Than and Guangxi Association for Science and Technology Vice President Ms. Liang Chunhua signed the MoU in the presence of Union Minister for Construction and Electricity and Energy U Win Khaing and Ambassador of China to Myanmar.
Afterwards, Guangxi Association for Science and Technology Vice President Ms. Liang Chunhua gave a Power Point presentation on cooperation with MEngC.
The ceremony ended with concluding remarks by Union Minister for Construction and Electricity and Energy U Win Khaing and Ambassador of China to Myanmar Mr. Hong Liang.
Upon the conclusion of the event, the Union Minister,
