Speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw Mahn Win Khaing Than received Ambassador of Australia to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Nicholas Coppel at the Amyotha Hluttaw hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
During the meeting, they discussed matters relating to development of Hluttaw, legislative process, status of Hluttaw representatives working for the people, improving the experience and upgrading the ability of Hluttaw representatives and support to Hluttaw by Australia. Present at the meeting were Deputy Speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw U Aye Tha Aung and officials from the office of the Amyotha Hluttaw.
