Vice President U Myint Swe received a delegation led by H.E. Mr. Truong Minh Tuan, Minister for the Ministry of Information and Communications of Viet Nam at the diplomatic hall of the Presidential Palace, Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
During the meeting, matters relating to implementation of the improvement of the information and communications sector of Myanmar- Viet Nam, cooperation for exchanging news and getting right news and development on investments between the two countries were discussed. Also present at the meeting were Union Minister for Information Dr Pe Myint, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs U Kyaw Tin, Deputy Minister for Transport and Communications U Kyaw Myo, Ambassador of Viet Nam to Myanmar H.E.
