Deputy Minister for Construction U Kyaw Lin inspected the construction of roads in Maungtaw, yesterday afternoon.
Deputy Minister and party went to the construction site conducted by Asia World Foundation and inspected the paving of Ahngu Maw-Maungtaw road which is 49 miles and 6 furlongs long.
He viewed Buthidaung-Thabeik Taung-Nyaung Chaung-Aung Zeya-Ange Maw earthen road which was constructed in 2017-2018 fiscal year. The road is 46 miles and 5 furlongs long and it can improve smooth and better transportation to eastern villages of Mt.May Yu in Yathedaung Township.
Then they inspected Kyauk Pan Nu-Inn Din-Zedi Pyin Taung Road conducted by No. 17 Special Team, Road Department.
This road is 10 miles and 7 furlongs long and can connect eastern and western villages of Mt. May Yu.—Myanmar News Agency
