Yangon City Development Committee celebrated 16th anniversary of its City FM on 14th January at the Myanmar Convention Centre in Yangon.
Yangon Mayor U Maung Maung Soe and wife Daw Khin Mya Mya Aung attended the ceremony and presented gifts to business persons for putting advertisements in the City FM channels.
Hlaing Music Production and TZM Music Production won the best seller awards for 2017 and vocalist Hlwan Paing won the best seller award for his songs for 2017.
Vocalist Yadana Maing and G-Gatt won the best award (woman and men) for highest demand for their songs from the City FM channel respectively. Vocalists including prominent singers Tin Zar maw, Pyu Pyu Kyaw Thein, Yadana Maing, G-Fatt, Hlwan Paing, Mi Sandi, Ni Ni Khin Zaw, Aung Htet and Htoo L Lin performed at the ceremony.— Saw Thein Win
