Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr. Win Myat Aye, received Norwegian Minister of International Development, Mr. Dag-Inge Ulstein, at his office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
During the meeting, they discussed issues on social welfare, disaster management, rehabilitation processes along with cooperation with Norway, performances of committees for social economic development and stability in Rakhine State, cooperation of the ASEAN countries and internationals in repatriation processes, processes to close internally displaced person (IDP) camps, national level strategy drawing, equality in gender plus development programs for women and agendas to cooperate with Norway.
