Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, State Counsellor and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received H.E. Mr. Hong Liang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar at 10:00 am at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 21 December.
Similarly, State Counsellor and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs Daw Aung San Suu Kyi also received the British Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Andrew Patrick at 2:00 pm at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
At the meeting, they discussed matters relating to bi-lateral relations and promotion of co-operation between Myanmar and the United Kingdom. They also exchanged views concerning the peace process of the state.—Myanmar News Agency
