An explosion occurred near milepost 160 on Yangon-Sittwe road on Sunday evening in Punnagyun.
Acting on an information that an explosion happened near milepost 160 between Yoetayote village and Thetat village, security forces arrived at the scene at 4 pm and found one detonator shell, one battery holder that can house two dry cell batteries and one plastic package containing wires and plastic debris about 12 feet away from Yangon-Sittwe road.—Myanmar News Agency
