Union Election Commission Chairman, U Hla Thein received the delegation led by H.E. Mr Paul R Seger, Switzerland ambassador to Myanmar at the Office of UEC in Nay Pyi Taw at 2 pm yesterday. At the reception, Commission members—U Aung Myint, U Soe Rei, U Hla Tint and secretary U Tin Tun were present.
In the meeting, situations on preparation of the UEC for the by-election 2017, cooperative process concerning (Code of Conduct for Political Parties and Candidates—CoC) for Hluttaw candidates and political parties to abide by, under the sponsorship of UEC & Switzerland Embassy were discussed.—Myanmar News Agency
